Across several levels, Villa Rafalle offers both shared rooms for gathering and more private spaces for guests to retreat to. Living and dining rooms look out towards Spetses; bedrooms are arranged throughout the house, with additional independent accommodation close to the pier. Covered terraces and verandas connect the interiors to the gardens and coast.

What’s Included

  • Exclusive use of Villa Rafalle, its grounds, private swimming pool, tennis court and beach house.
  • Access to the private pier, waterfront studio and nearby beach.
  • Daily housekeeping by one housekeeper, covering the bedrooms and shared living spaces.
  • A change of bed linen every three days.
  • Bath towels and pool towels, Wi-Fi, electricity and air-conditioning.
  • Care and maintenance of the gardens, swimming pool and outdoor areas by a live-in maintenance staff member.
  • Assistance with local recommendations and the arrangement of additional services for your stay.

What’s Not Included

  • Airport transfers, car hire and other transport.
  • Private chef services, cooking and meal service, including breakfast.
  • Food, drinks, groceries and villa pre-stocking.
  • Boat or yacht charters, excursions and other arranged experiences.
  • Spa treatments, wellness services and private security.
  • Personal laundry service. Washing machines are available for guests' use, but villa staff do not wash guests' clothing.
  • Dry cleaning, which can be arranged on request at an additional cost.
  • Additional housekeeping or butler services, which can be arranged in advance at an additional cost.
  • Any other services or charges specified separately in your booking proposal.
